Did you know that every current member of ABATE receives a $3,500 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit at no cost to you? That's right, NO COST TO YOU! These benefits are automatically available to members of ABATE of Indiana..

Thanks to our partners at American Income Life Insurance Company (a company servicing working families for more than 50 years), we're able to offer this incredible benefit to our members --- A benefit that can help provide important assistance when you or your family need it most.

Members will receive a postage-paid reply card in their membership package asking for you to designate a beneficiary for the AD&D benefit. We ask every member to return this certificate in order to designate your beneficiary. If you do not designate a beneficiary, the $3,000 would be paid to your estate and may be taxable.

Health Services Discount Card

Those who return the card will also receive a Health Services Discount Card for your family, at no cost, that provides household discounts of 20-60% on:

• Prescriptions
• Vision Care Products
• Hearing Care
• Chiropractic Care
• An optional dental discount is also available.

Child Safe Kits

In addition, again at no cost, CHILD SAFE KITS are available for your children and grandchildren. These kits have been endorsed and supported by the International Union of Police Associations, the American Federation of Teachers and the American Federation of School Administrators. The kits help you gather vital data, photos and fingerprints from your children so they are ready for authorities in the event of an emergency.
